175 to 225 m. Mixed forest (Lecythidaceae,
Bombacaceae, Licania sp. Burseraeeae) on granitic
boulders. Epiphyte; spathe yellowish green to pink;
immature fruit yellowish white. On tree. Locally
abundant.
