Epiphyte, Stem short, surrounded by ant nest* Cataphyll
pinkish. Lf• bl. glossy, thinly leathery, midrib convex
& lime-green, I. & IÏ.*s lime green & lightly channeled.
Petiole decidedly flattened adax. with a median low ridge
Spathe outside green but tube flushed maroon in basal
half, or dull dark green with vine caste; inside similar.
Inflorescences 4 together. Abax. midrib of bl. pale yel-
lcwish-green, I. & II.* s rosy.
