evergreen forest, on flat terrace, above flood levels
with Bactris easipaes. Scheelea princeps, Socratea
exorrhiza.

BOTANICAL
Epiphyte. Inflorescences 4 in one axil; spathes
green on outside, white on inside and red at base;
open spadix creamy; flowers fragrant.
