Elev: 835 ft.
Secondary growth forest of deciduous tress and some
coniferous trees in Appalachian Ohio. Prairie overstory
consisted of Quercus alba, Liriodendron tulipfera, and
Quercus spp. Understory consisted of Elaegnus spp,
Prunus serotina, and Comus florida. Herbaceous layer
consisted of Deparia acrostichoides, Polystichum
acrostichoides, Asclepeaus syriange, and bryophytes
condensed in many patches.
