Flat cultivated and pasture land, with some brushy patches with Parmentiera aculeata, Chamissoa altissima, Adelia barbinervis, with Scheelea liebmannii commonly left in fields. "chote" Small tree 5 m. tall, 20 cm. in diameter. Fruit green with pale purple tinge. Plant said to be used medicinally for the kidneys (rinones). Coll.: M. Nee & K.
