Las Cruces at Jaji (W of Merida) & ca. 7 km
NW of Finca La Trinidad on Merida-La Azulita
road (ca. 8°27'N, 71°21'W). Cloud forest
remnants in dairy farms.
Terrestrial, 1.5-2 m tall. Leaves arising
from base. Inflorescences arising from leaf
axils. Spathe white, tinged with pink to
dark pink. Spadix dark pink.
