  • Description

    Perennials from ± simple caudices; flowering stems arising between basal rosette and tuft of ascending leaves; leaves and lower stems with coarse, often simple trichomes; petals pale lavender, to 5 mm long; fruiting pedicels usually at right angles to rachis, up to 6 mm long; fruits curved-pendulous, glabrous, to 30 mm long and 2 mm wide; seeds biseriate. Phenology of specimen: Fertile, Flower, Fruit.
