    Plant perennial; leaves and lower stems pubescent with coarse, sparingly branched trichomes; petals lavender; mature pedicels glabrous, curved downward; fruits pendulous, often arcuate, glabrous, ± 2 mm wide; seeds biseriate. Phenology of specimen: Fertile, Flower, Fruit.
