East Hampton Township, hamlet of Montauk, Montauk County Park, Deep Hollow Ranch in horse pasture. (4i.o6i626°N, 71.900548^). Annual herb; leaves pale gray-green, densely tomentose, fleshy; stem densely tomentose; inflorescence chartaceous; growing with weedy and exotic forage grasses and Sisymbrium officinale. *Note- first time observing this species in Montauk by collector, very rare.
