Dyssodia
ValVerde Co., Texas. Between Langtry and the Rio
Grande, take the road s. of the post office and the first
trail to the left that goes down to a fence, and the first
deep limestone canyon. Limestone-clay flats with
Ocotillo, Leucophyllum, Mesquite, Guaiacum, Yucca,
Opuntia etc. A dry area but this a very wet year.
FIs. strong yellow-gold. Common, low, rounded.
