Uvularia sessilifolia L.
NEW YORK, SUFFOLK CO.: Huntington Station, in the Paumonek
Wetland, west of Walt Whitman High School. Loose scattered clumps.
Canopy is not yet fully leaved-out; growing in sun in loamy soil.
Flowers are pale creamy white. Growing in an Oak-Hickory Mesic
Woodland with Lindera benzoin, Geranium maculatum, Carya, Alliaria
petiolata, Polygonatum pubescens, Athyrium fìlix-femina, and
Parthenocissus quinquefolia.
