North-facing slope along small, intermittent stream
flowing north into Little Generostee Creek; mesic
woods. Site #28 (Lat. 34014!58"; Long. 82°44,05"),
about 1/3 mile east of the Savannah River and 3/4
mile west of S. C. 187; about 1/2 mile south of
S. C. 184. Below the 475-ft. contour (full-pool
for the proposed Russell Lake).
