Small bog with Larix laricina, Picea mariana, Alnus incana
ssp. rugosa, Picea mariana, Chamaedaphne calyculata,
Sphagnum.
Shrub, slender, 2.5 m. tall, few-stemmed clumps, the stems
2.5	cm. in diameter, 5 years old. Voucher for wood
specimens at Kw, Lw, MADw. With Carex, Typha latifolia
at edge of bog.
