Flowering Plants of the Sierra Nevada The Greenhorn Range CEANOTHUS CUNEATUS (Hook.) Nutt. Greenhorn Pass ^oad, 4.9 miles east of Glennville Kern County. Shrub, 6 feet tall, 5 feet across, densely branched from the base. Flowers white. Bark on young branches light brown, smooth. Extensive colony densely covering a north slope; growing in loamy brown clay. With shin oak, the dominant shrub of the chaparral of the region. Ernest C. Twisselmonn Elevations 4175 feet. „ .
