On south-facing embankment along unpaved road on
steep, east-facing slope overlooking the Savannah
River; area recently cut-over. Site #14 (Lat.
34°02,23u; Long. 82o36'50"), about 1.5 miles
north of Russell Dam construction site on the
Savannah. Below the 475-ft. contour (full pool
for proposed Russell Lake).
