N of Logan Pass, T34N, R16W, E of continental divide, subalpine meadows at ca. 2200 m. With dominants: Salix arctica, Carex haydeniana, Carex spp.? also with Poa gracillima, P. alpina, P. leptocoma, and numerous forbs. NW-facing 40% slope, ca. 30% rock and boulder cover, stabilised and densely vegetated. Distribution: NY, Glacier N. P. 03737475
