SOUTH CAROLINA Pickens County Lobelia inflata L. Botanical survey of “un-named fells” above Rocky Bottom Creek. Plants collected on rocky ledge and along the side of waterfall. From the community of Rocky Bottom, follow unnamed creek upstream through a mesic/hemlock forest; then midway up the creek you would walk through a large “boulder field” with some grasses, Christmas ferns, Carex spp., Aster spp., Hydrangea sp., etc., and soon you would fight your way through mountain laurel thicket to the fells area. 35.0580N & 82.7883W.
