34°17T09"; Long. 82°46T15"), about 1.5 miles west
of S.C. 187 and about 0.35 mile south and opposite
of the Elbert-Hart County line in Georgia. Below
the 475-ft. msl contour (full pool for proposed
Russell Lake). Area to be impounded in mid-1980fs
by U. S. Army Corps of Engineers.
