highway at “Aguahi”, along dirt road, 13.5 km (straight
line) NW of bridge at Chañé Independencia.
16°52’03”S, 63°17’49”W. alt. 230 m.
Very flat, silty soil, mostly cleared for extensive fields of
Saccharum officinarum and other crops, between dirt road
and drainage ditch, with Gynerium sagittatum, Baccharis
salicifolia, Tessaria integrifolia and more open areas with
grasses and herbs.
Seven duplicates from a single tight clump.
