Occurrence in 1953 as known from preserved specimens (#) in DAO, CAN, and ACADIA herbaria, and from sight records by D. Erskine or reliable reports (O). PLANTS OF PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND, CANADA Arceuthobium pusillum Peck Woodstock, on Route 1, four miles northeast of O' Leary, Prince County. On Picea rubens, causing witch1 s brooms. Erect, jointed, yellow-ochre plants with a fruit at the tips of stem and branches and at nodes, bifid at tip. No. 1554 Coll. D.
