Gallery forest, predominantly Mora, Eperua, Rubiaceae,
Myrtaceae, Chrysobalanaceae; white sand mix. Tree to 12m.
Branchlets, underside of leaflets and inflorescence with light
brown trichomes. Inflorescence terminal panicles. Flowers
immature. Old fruits brown, tear-shaped, single-seeded. Seed red
with black hilum scar.
