    Tree, 30 cm dhb. Bark smooth, without conspicuous fissures. Stems grayish-brown, lenticellate, vertically oriented, the pith solid, white. Leaves paripinnate 24-33 cm long, with 5 leaflets, the terminal leaflet petiolate, the lateral leaflets, dark green adaxially, light green abaxially, the margens serrate, the teeth short, the surface glabrous, glabrous adaxially, with inconspicuous trichomes along lower part of midrib abaxially. Fruits immature, globose (but slightly flattened, 3-5 cm diam., green, with white small punctations on surface, usually ridged along junction of valves, when dried the surface turns brown, the mesocarp ca. 7 mm thick, the endocarp not hard when not mature, i.e. easy to cut with hand clippers. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
