Unshaded edge of roadside and cornfields, deep rich moist soil
with Polygonum lapathifolium, Urtica dioica, Arctium minus,
Helianthus tuberosus, Carex.
Herbaceous vine over tops of rank weedy growth of Urtica
dioica, Arctium minus. Compare with a collection of this same
species from this area on 13 Aug. 1989 under Nee 37792.
Since then the species has persisted but seems not to be
spreading. Flowers yellow-green.
