Mesic upland tallgrass prairie remnant along
old Union Pacific Railroad bed on SE side of
hwy. Area unmanaged and slowly being overgrown
by rhus glabra from the S. Soil silty-loam.
Locally abundant. Approx. 150 flowering stems
counted with abundant vegetative rosettes
seen, especially beneath Rhus. Flowers
fragrant.
