4ML £ 03691846 03691846 SA 7L Flora of Bolivia Family: Potamogetonaceae Potamogeton illinoensis Morong Determined by: N. Ritter (NHA), 1997 Department of Santa Cruz Province of Florida Laguna Volcan. Located S.W. of Estancia Angostura, above the road to Santa Cruz. Elevation: 1150 meters. Approximate location: 18°8'32"S. 63°39'45"W. Submerged aquatic herb. Extremely abundant, growing throughout the system. Often observed with fruits. A few flowers present. No long-petioled leaves observed. Habitat: a pond, with an area of ca. 7 hectares.
