Man-made laguna ca. 3 km. east of Incachaca.
Area = 1.5 ha. Elevation: 2385 meters.
S: 17° 14'57" x W.65°48'56H
Floating alongside the edge. Rare in
the lake, but extremely abundant in
the outlet below the lake. This lake
is characterized by a rocky bottom
with a fairly shallow layer of silt. pH
= 8.1. At the time of this visit the
water level appeared to be at its
lowest. Vegetation type: Bosque
Húmedo Montano.
