evv yo* BOTAN CAL Pardeé 03691804 Flora of Bolivia Family: Alismataceae Echinodorus grandiflorus subsp. aureus (Fassett) R.R. Haynes & Holm-Niels. Determined by: N. Ritter (NHA), 1998 Department of Santa Cruz Province of Ichilu An arroyo; ca. 100 meters south of the Arroyo Itili. Elevation: ca. 275 meters. Approximate location: 17°28'S 63°52'W Semi-aquatic herb. Growing throughout the arroyo. Flowers white. Inflorescences compound, up to 1.5 meter tall. Locally abundant. Habitat: a wide, slow moving stream with deep, soft sediments. No pellucid markings were evident on the fresh leaves, however pellucid dots appear after drying.
