SECT. 21. About 1.5 miles due east-northeast of
Spring Grove. Chain-O-Lakes State Park: northeast
end of Turner Lake. Fox Lake 7.5 min. quadrangle.
Elevation 749 feet. Wet peat over glacial till.
Northeast margin of prairie fen, with Typha,
Eupatorium, Juncus greenei, Galium trifidum,
Lysimachia quadriflora, Thelypteris palustris. Rather
common delicate erect perennial herb, flowers yellow;
most fruiting, fruit green.
