(Alaska Hwy 2), opposite Claude Rd. in Moose Creek [Eielson Farm Communities], 64° 39' 925" N, 147° 11' 222" W, 26 June 1999, Jason R. Grant 99-3581 with Warren Herb Wagner, Jr., Florence Wagner, Peter Zika Abandoned fields with young saplings (Populns balsamifera, Alnns crispa, Salix bebbiana, Betula neoalaskana, Picea glauca, Larix laricina, and Salix alaxensis). Herbs and small shrubs in the fields include: Arctostaphylos uva-ursi, Taraxacum officinale, Epilobium angustifolium, Shepherdia canadensis, Ledum groenlandicum, Arnica angustifolia, Empetrum nigrum, Potentilla fruticosa, Senecio pauciflorus, Spiranthes romanzoffiana, Equisetum pratense and Calamagrostis canadensis.
