188 on FS 524. Approximately 3.8 miles west on FS 524, then turn
directly south to enter the general creek drainage area.

Habitat: Upland Sonoran desertscrub community; plant collected in bed
of Reno Creek drainage.
Assoc, spp: Celtis reticulata, Chenopodium fremontii, Phaseolus
angustissimus, Acacia greggii
Notes: Shrub approx. 5 ft tall; flowers orange-red; Several in area, this is
only one blooming right now
