Creek enters Verde River, on N side of
Tangle Creek, T9N R6E section 27, NW1/4SE-
1/4, 2080 feet, 630 meters.
Just above creek on bank, with Prosopis
velutina, Baccharis salicifolia-like, Bromus
rubens, Populus fremontii, Hymenoclea mono-
gyra, Salix gooddingii. Local, woody shrub
to 1.5 m high, flowers red-orange.
