in throat, 1 cm. across, pendent; fruiting
calyx 10-ribbed; large (1 m. across) many-
branched spreading plant, on moist clayey
sand of bank of Apalachicola River (just
below two plants (Ward 5879) on crest of
bluff), just s. of Alum Bluff, 2 mi. n. of
Bristol, S24, TIN, R8W,
Liberty County
