Crassula tillaea Lester-Garland
W and SW of HORSE CANYON SADDLE; along an old
roadcut (ultimately joining Lower Monroe Road) that
marks the NW boundary of the San Dimas Experimental
Forest; TIN R9W, NE/4 SE/4 NW/4 section 3; elevation
ca. 3420-3520 feet.
Annual, locally common along the old roadcut, which
is now being reclaimed by native plants; associated
locally with Eriodictyon trichocalyx. Salvia mellifera,
Rhus ovata, Ceanothus crassifolius, Eriogonum
fasciculatum, Rhamnus ilicifolia, Heteromeles arbutifolia,
Cercocarpus betuloides, Arctostaphylos glauca, Yucca
whipplei parishii, Adenostoma fasciculatum, etc.
