    southeast exposed steep slopes with calcareous outcrops. on stem bark of Picea abies.

  • Description

    TLC (Obermayer553-12à14, 554-12à16, 555/17,18; all specimens tested once or twice): Atranorin (mostly in traces only), chloroatranorin (mostly in traces or in minor quantities), salazinic acid syndrome (always present; salazinic acid and consalazinic acid in major amounts, galbinic acid p,p. in traces), at least two strong spots of fatty acids always present (lichesterinic/isonephrosterinic acids, protolichesterinic/nephrosterinic acids). Lobaric acid (as minor compound) was detected in thalli of specimens in CANB, GZU, NY, and UPS.
