Kako River, along banks from N 5°33'33.7", W 60°47'3.8". 490-500 m. 5°31’9.1"N 60°46'13"W. Riperian rainforest over red sand; Mora dominant. Most collected on east bank. Tree to 4m, frequent on river. Inflorescence clustered at tips. Calyx green- yellow, corolla bright yellow. Fruit a green capsule to 0.25m. Silica sample. K.J. Wurdack 5461 25 July 2010 With: K.
