Habitat: Rocky outcrop adjacent Chihuahuan Desertscrub, whitethorn-
creosote, tarbush shrubland.
Associated spp: Acacia neovernicosa, A. greggii, A. constricta,
Flourensia cernua, Yucca elata, Larrea tridentata, Prosopis velutina,
Parthenium incanum, Rivina humilis, Isocoma tenuisecta, Abutilon
spp., Aloysia wrightii, Jatropha macrorihiza, Setaria macrostachya.
Notes: Perennial herb 60 cm, flowers pink, locally common, leaves
succulent
