Plants of Arizona ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY Talinum paniculatum (Jacq.) Gaertn. Family: Portulacaceae Arizona, Cochise County; San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area, Upper San Pedro River floodplain, 4-5 miles south of Hwy 82, -1 mile east of San Pedro, in Rock Art site just north of BLM interpretive sign, N 31° 39.729' , W 110° 10.508' 3922 ft., Habitat: Rocky outcrop adjacent Chihuahuan Desertscrub, whitethorn- creosote, tarbush shrubland. Associated spp: Acacia neovernicosa, A. greggii, A. constricta, Flourensia cernua, Yucca elata, Larrea tridentata, Prosopis velutina, Parthenium incanum, Rivina humilis, Isocoma tenuisecta, Abutilon spp., Aloysia wrightii, Jatropha macrorihiza, Setaria macrostachya.
