just off FSR 371, 1/4 mi N of FSR 454,
in vicinity of 111°13’45M long., 34°12l40"
lat., T10N R11E Section 16, NE1/4NW1/4NE-
1/4, 5020 feet, 1530 meters.
Just below road in major drainage, lichen-cov-
ered granite outcrop, with Agave toumeyana
bella, A. chrysantha, Pinus edulis, Juniperus
deppeana, J. monosperma, Quercus turbinella,
Q. emoryi, Dasylirion, Nolina microcarpa,
Arctostaphylos, Opuntia engelmannii, O.
major, O. macrorhiza(?), Bouteloua curtipen-
dula, B. gracilis(?), Echinocereus fasciculatus
fasciculatus, E. triglochidiatus, Cheilanthes,
Glandularia bipinnatifida, Gutierrezia saroth-
rae, Euphorbia, Heterotheca villosa, Rhus
ovata, Eriogonum wrightii, E. jamesii, Carpho-
chaete, Ceanothus greggii, Cercocarpus,
Senecio neomexicanus, Machaeranthera gracil-
is, Yucca baccata, Brickellia, Tragia, Mirabilis
bigelovii, Macroptilium gibbosifolium, Rhamnus
crocea, Veronica, Garrya wrightii, Senecio
quercetorum, Prosopis velutina, Erigeron
anchana. Common, roadside, caespitose,
fruits immature.
