    Perennial herb, scrambling over bushes. Petioles 25-30mm long. Leaves simple, hairy, opposite, light green, lanceolate, 30x20mm, parallel venation, margins dentate. Stems angular, with prickles. Roots red. Fruit spherical, black when ripe, 5mm in diam.
