Broad low area with many Poaceae and Cyperaceae along
one of the several intermittent streams with sandy beds, the
surrounding grassland and woodland with Curatella
americana, other savanna species.
Small tree. Leaves green above, whitened beneath, the
contrast much more obvious in the living plant than after
drying; fruit old, dry.
