NE. of the potholes on USFS rd. #728, ca. 8000 ft., moist deep rocky soil, slight NE aspect, in disturbed area. T14S, R24E and S4. Found with Symphoricarpos oreophilus, Penstemon sp?, Hackelia micrantha, Populus tremuloides, Lithofragma sp?, and Aretemisia tridentata var. vaseyana.
