Kako River vicinity, above Kako Village, near Camp 3, ca. 22 air km east of Tulameng summit (summit 1534m, N 5033^7J\W6Q°5m*l|521m. 5°34'25.1"N 60°47'47.3"W. Brocchina and Stegolepis savanna with drier shrub islands around rock outcrops. Shrub to lm. Rachis and primary venation burgundy. Inflor/infructescence paniculate, few-flowered. Calyx green-burgundy, corolla white. Fruit green-burgundy Adjacent to savanna collected on July 1, but separated by a creek and scrub buffer. Silica sample. K.M. Redden 7093 26 July 2010 With: K.
