FLORIDA. Dade Co., growing in a weedy lawn in
area formerly occupied by pinelands, SW 193
Ave-257 St, west of Goulds.
Erect shrub, 1.5 m tall; branched primarily
from upper nodes. Flowers zygomorphic, two-
lipped, white with a small yellow throat. Fruits
purple (RHS 78B).
