5954. Erythronium albidum. Very abundant at this locality, the first recorded in AiaDama (discovered by T. F. Hall in 1943). Intimately associated there with E. rostratum. which however is much less abundant. The leaves of the two species are indistin- guishable, and the plants bloom at the same time, but no evidence of hybridization was detected« See accompanying photographs* Also Castanea, 10:1-7.
