Habitat
At now dry creek bed. Chaco forest with Capparis tweediana, C. speciosa, C. salicifolia, C. retusa, Cnidoscolus, Diplokeleba floribunda, Anadenanthera. Mostly grazed.

Description
Shrub 4 m tall. Flowers nodding on erect inflorescence; corolla blue-violet. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
