Brushy slopes, former forest, now peach orchards, potato fields and pasture, mostly just below the Podocarpus zone. Rare, only two plants seen along this road.

Description
Small tree 7 m. tall, with spreading branches. Foliage greenish white. Inflorescence erect; corolla violet; anthers yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
