to ca. 1 m high, flowers white, herbage pleasantly
fragrant; small north-south oriented drainage in
desertscrub with Abutilón incanum, Bouteloua,
Camegiea, Celtis pallida, Cercidium microphyllum,
Encelia farinosa, Euphorbia arizonica, Euphorbia
capitellata, Euphorbia florida, Ferocactus,
Heteropogon contortus, Janusia gracilis, Larrea,
Lycium, Opuntia, Pennisetum ciliare, Prosopis,
Psilostrophe cooperi, Sphaeralcea, Tragia,
Verbena.
