Marion Co., growing on the road embankment along SR 316 in Salt Springs Island, near Salt Springs, Ocala National Forest. Stems (1-4) radiating from a woody rootstock, reclining. Leaves purple-green with contrasting pink veins. Corolla purple brown, reflexed. Hoods light purple at base white toward tip. A. Herndon 1450 12 Apr 1986
