PLANTS OF ILLINOIS, U.S.A. Trepocarpus aethusae Nutt. Apiaceae Det. S.R.Hill 11/1999 ILLINOIS. SALINE County: US Rt. 45, east of Harrisburg levee, W side of Middle Fork of the Saline River. Elev. 350 ft. Oak flatwoods, changing to floodplain forest downslope. Light-colored clay; T9S, R6E, NW/4, SE/4, SW/4, sect.11. Flowers white, fruit green, with purplish tint in sun-exposed plants.
