Coniferous forest. On a wet stump.

Description
Seta smooth. Peristome perfect (teeth, segments, cilia). Teeth striate at base, papillose at tip. Spores 15.3µ. Urn 1.0 mm long x 7.0 mm wide erect. Seta 7-8 mm long. Operculum apiculate. Leaves secund, smooth. Costa percurrent. Phenology of specimen: Sporangia.
