Grassy slopes eighs miles north of Oroville, near the western
base of Table mountain. A rather common species of grassy
slopes, associated with Lupinns, Trifolium, Viola and Plagio-
bothrys. It seems to prefer gravel. Type locality, “Fort Van-
couver on the Columbia.”
